These positions support the production of aggregates used in large scale civil construction projects. Candidates must be team oriented, reliable, and committed to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.**Crushing Foreman** Supervises daily work of the crushing crew and supports the superintendent in maintaining safe and efficient operations.**Key Responsibilities:*** Direct daily tasks of operators, mechanics, and laborers* Conduct safety meetings and inspections* Assist with equipment setup, adjustments, and troubleshooting* Monitor production quality and output* Maintain accurate logs and documentation**Qualifications:*** 3+ years’ crushing or heavy equipment experience* Ability to lead a crew and prioritize tasks* Strong commitment to safety**General Requirements for All Positions*** Commitment to safety as the #1 priority* Ability to work in outdoor, heavy civil construction environments* Reliable transportation and ability to work extended or variable hours* Ability to lift and carry heavy materials as needed* Team‐oriented attitude and strong communication skillsAmes Construction is an equal opportunity employer.
