Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help deter security‑related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $16.89 / Hour Job Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 12:00 AM – 08:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site‑specific procedures, access control duties, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following post orders and reporting details to Allied Universal leadership and/or the client contact. Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouse spaces, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and document deliveries, contractors, and other site activity in accordance with location procedures. Complete incident reports, daily activity logs, and shift pass‑down communication, and support security‑related investigations and/or operational needs as directed. Minimum Requirements: A guard card and/or license is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Access control and/or badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
