Physical Therapist

We seek a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to provide skilled nursing care and case management in a clinical setting in Buckeye, AZ. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for patient assessments, medication administration, treatment planning, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must have an active nursing license and demonstrate exceptional clinical skills. Responsibilities:

• Perform patient assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to coordinate patient care.
• Document patient care activities and maintain accurate medical records.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies.
• Participate in quality assurance and credentialing processes as required.
• Provide patient education and support as needed.

• Active Registered Nurse license in the state of Arizona (PERM license required, no compact license accepted).
• At least 2 years of clinical experience in hospital, home health, or hospice care settings preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, medication administration, and treatment planning skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
• Proof of license application within 5 business days of booking.
• Driver's license, car insurance, and reliable automobile for fieldwork if applicable.

• Experience with medical/surgical, ICU, ER, psychiatric, labor & delivery, PACU, or operating room specialties.
• Previous experience working with interdisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record systems and clinical documentation.

• Must have permanent nursing license; compact licenses are not accepted.
• Completion bonus available if start date is met by October 15th and licensing is not delayed.
• Candidate must not have worked with the company within the past year unless separated for at least one year.
• Equipment and dress code information will be provided on the first day of assignment.
• Parking provided on the first day.
• Shift is day shift with no on-call requirements.

• Full-time 40 hours per week, day shift.
• Holiday work weeks require 32 hours.
• Overtime paid at 1.5 times regular pay rate.
• Weekly billing cycle.
• 30-day notice required for scheduling changes.
