Nuclear Medicine Technologist - Day Shift
This is a 13-week contract position.
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
We are seeking an experienced Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various nuclear medicine procedures, including MUGA scans, SPECT scans, and exercise/pharmacological stress studies. The position requires strong clinical skills and the ability to work with diverse patient populations, including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nuclear medicine imaging and diagnostics.
- Administer radioactive materials and perform complex procedures.
- Monitor and assist patients during stress testing and procedures.
- Document and maintain accurate patient records using Epic charting.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals for patient care.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist.
- Current California Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) license.
- BLS certification required.
- Experience with adult care, clinics, and nuclear cardiology is necessary.
- Epic charting experience is preferred.
