Quality Control Lab Technician II — Beverage QC & R&D

Shasta Beverages, Inc. is seeking a Quality Control Technician for the 2nd shift (12:30pm to 11:00pm) to uphold HACCP, food safety records, plant audits, and mock recalls. You will perform microbiological testing on ingredients, packages, and beverages, and provide data to ensure product quality. You will collaborate with R&D on new product launches.
