The pay range for this role is Up to $50,000 Plus Benefits Key Responsibilities: On-Site Support: Respond to client queries and provide on-site technical assistance. Network Maintenance: Ensure consistent operation of client networks, including routers, servers, and other hardware. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues. Installation and Configuration: Set up new hardware, software, and operating systems. Training and Assistance: Provide training and technical support to end-users. Documentation: Maintain records of issues and solutions in a ticketing system. Collaboration: Work with other IT professionals to ensure seamless support.
