Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.**What You'll Be Doing*** Support plant operations by assisting with production, cleanup, and general labor tasks* Operate or assist with equipment in a safe and efficient manner* Follow established procedures to ensure product quality and operational reliability* Maintain clean and organized work areas to support a safe workplace* Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals**What We Are Looking For*** Ability to work safely and follow established safety practices* Capability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods* Willingness to learn equipment operation and plant processes* Strong teamwork, communication, and problem‐solving skills* Reliability, adaptability, and a positive approach to daily tasks**Conditions of Employment*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing**Work Environment*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level**What We Offer*** $26.70 per hour plus an additional $0.50/hr 2nd shift rate* $2,000 Sign-On Bonus paid out in two installments (6 months and 1 year)* Benefits through the Union for Medical, Dental, Vision and Pension* Union paid vacation, sick leave and holidaysEqual Opportunity Employer - Minority / Female / Veteran / Disabled
