The Surgery department you’ll lead as a Surgical Services Nurse Manager is busy and collaborative. It supports specialties including orthopedics, general surgery, minimally invasive, and robotic procedures. Efficient workflows and data-driven decisions help an OR Nurse Manager maintain strong room turnover while prioritizing safety and patient experience. You’ll partner with pre-op, PACU, sterile processing, and anesthesia. Reporting to the Director of Surgical Services, the RN Surgical Operations Manager will receive support from experienced charge nurses, educators, and coordinators across pre-op, intra-op, and PACU. You’ll lead nurses and perioperative professionals while overseeing scheduling, staffing, quality initiatives, regulatory readiness, and OR utilization.
