Role Description This full-time, on-site Physical Therapist role is based in Fort Mill, SC. The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based interventions focused on restoring function, reducing pain, and improving mobility. Daily responsibilities include delivering hands-on therapy, guiding therapeutic exercise programs, monitoring patient progress, and updating care plans as needed. The role also involves educating patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and wellness, while collaborating with referring providers and clinic team members to ensure coordinated, high-quality care. The Physical Therapist will document treatment notes accurately, contribute to clinic quality initiatives, and uphold BenchMark’s standards for patient-centered service and professional integrity. Qualifications Strong clinical foundation in Medicine and Physical Therapy, with the ability to apply current best practices to patient care. Demonstrated expertise in Rehabilitation and Patient Care, including assessment, treatment planning, and outcome measurement. Experience providing Home Care guidance, including safe and effective home exercise and self-management strategies. Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program; Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred. Active state Physical Therapy license (or eligibility for licensure) in South Carolina. Effective communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills, with a commitment to inclusive, patient-centered care. Ability to work collaboratively in an interdisciplinary team and manage a varied caseload in an outpatient setting.
