We’re looking for an Associate, Growth to support efforts across Heartbeat, Saatchi & Saatchi Health, and Razorfish Health. Early in your career and eager to learn, you’ll work with members of the Growth team and partners across the agencies to help bring new business pursuits and agency marketing initiatives to life. No two weeks will look exactly the same. You might research a prospective client, help build an RFP response, track down the perfect case study, support a major pitch presentation, or help tell one of our agencies’ stories in a new way. You’ll get exposure to different brands, categories, disciplines, and senior leaders while developing a strong understanding of how agencies grow. It’s the most exciting way to shape your career in advertising, because you’ll get to see how incredible campaigns come to life in rapid speed and by the sharpest colleagues. We’re looking for someone who is organized, resourceful, curious, and willing to jump in. You’re comfortable figuring things out, take pride in the details, and want to keep getting better at what you do. Responsibilities Support new business pursuits Support Growth team members across our agencies on pitches, RFPs, and other growth opportunities Research prospective clients, brands, categories, competitors, and industry trends Help develop pitch presentations, proposals, credentials, case studies, and other new business materials Gather and organize information from teams across the agencies, helping turn it into clear, polished content Support pitch timelines, meetings, deliverables, and team communications to keep fast-moving pursuits on track Proofread and quality-check materials to ensure everything we deliver is accurate, polished, and client-ready Strengthen the Growth team Maintain libraries of case studies, credentials, agency capabilities, pitch materials, and other reusable content Track new business opportunities, wins, losses, and other key Growth information Help identify better ways to organize information, streamline recurring tasks, and make the team more efficient Bring curiosity and fresh ideas to how we pitch, present, and tell our agencies’ stories Support agency marketing Help develop and maintain materials that showcase our agencies, people, capabilities, and work Support agency marketing initiatives, including presentations, case studies, award submissions, communications, and other content Research industry trends, competitors, and examples of great agency marketing to help keep our brands relevant and differentiated WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE A year from now: Growth team members trust you to keep important work moving and deliver what you own with accuracy and care You understand our three agencies, their strengths, and how we bring those strengths to life in new business You can independently research, organize, and develop strong first drafts of Growth materials You anticipate what the team needs instead of always waiting to be asked You’ve built a strong foundation in how great pitches come together and are ready to take on increasingly complex work Qualifications Previous internship or job experience (1-2 years) in advertising, marketing, communications. Agency experience is a plus and an interest in health is a major plus! This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third‑party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met.
