LHH Recruiting is assisting our client in Tempe, AZ with hiring on a contract to hire basis a Customer Service Specialist to join our team and deliver exceptional service to customers. In this role, you will provide accurate information, resolve customer concerns efficiently, and ensure a positive experience using a friendly, empathetic, and professional approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding invoice and billing questions. • Provide clear guidance and information while demonstrating patience, professionalism, and strong customer focus. • Utilize available tools, systems, and resources to achieve complete and accurate issue resolution, emphasizing first-contact resolution. • Build and maintain a deep understanding of products, policies, procedures, and technical systems relevant to customer accounts. • Communicate effectively through verbal and written channels, adapting your communication style to each customer's needs. • Meet or exceed established performance targets, including productivity, efficiency, schedule adherence, quality, customer satisfaction, and attendance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years recent previous customer service or call center experience preferred. • Strong verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills. • Ability to maintain a calm, customer-first attitude in fast-paced or escalated situations. • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. • Proficiency with computer systems, customer support platforms, and digital communication tools. • Commitment to reliability, teamwork, and meeting performance expectations.
