Key Highlights Weekly pay: $1,627–$1,695 per week Guaranteed hours: 36 per week Contract duration: 16 weeks Shift: Night, 12-hour blocks (3 nights per week) Start date: 09/21/2026 Setting: Hospital MICU unit with high-acuity cases and ventilator support Responsibilities Provide direct patient care to critically ill adults in the MICU, including monitoring hemodynamics and respiratory status Manage ventilated patients and IV vasoactive drips as ordered; titrate medications per protocol Perform comprehensive assessments, document care, and respond to rapid changes in patient condition Administer medications, evaluate effectiveness, monitor for adverse effects, and coordinate with the multidisciplinary team Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and care teams to develop and implement individualized care plans Ensure patient safety, infection control, and accurate and timely charting; communicate with families as appropriate Requirements 3+ years of MICU/ICU nursing experience ACLS and BLS certifications required Ventilator management experience and IV vasoactive drips administration Ability to work the night shift (12-hour shifts) and meet the guaranteed hours Comfort functioning in a fast-paced, high-acuity ICU environment Benefits and Support Dedicated assignment support from a travel healthcare recruiter 24/7 travel support and resources for on-site needs Fast credentialing to help you start sooner Weekly pay with clear compensation details Assignment-based support to navigate any clinical or logistical questions Pay disclaimer Please note: Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
