If you're a licensed RN who thrives in a team environment and values quality care, we'd love to meet you!Job Duties:Deliver nursing care based on individualized care plansAdminister medications and treatments as prescribedMonitor and document resident conditions and responsesAssist with admissions, discharges, and transfersSupervise nursing assistants and collaborate with care teamsParticipate in care planning and assessmentsRespond to emergencies and ensure regulatory complianceQualifications:Current RN license in the state of employmentCPR certification (AHA, Red Cross, or equivalent)One year of long-term care experience preferredStrong clinical, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and work flexible hoursThe Avenue at Brooklyn is a post-hospital rehabilitation and skilled nursing care facility offering a distinctive experience not commonly found in traditional care settings.
