Work closely with other supervisors to maintain a consistent standard and quality environment for our employees Develop, supervise, and oversee all cross-utilized agents Provide direction, guidance, and positive motivation for all station personnel Ensure compliance with all SkyWest operating standards and procedures Constantly promote teamwork to achieve station goals Attend company training classes as needed Conduct briefings and meetings with station personnel Cross Utilized Agent duties as required Minimum Requirements 18 years of age or older Possess a valid, unrestricted state‑issued driver’s license High school diploma or GED equivalent Pass a background check and drug screening Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship Possess excellent communication and organizational skills Demonstrate strong people and employee‑relation skills Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented Work under pressure Understanding of ticketing, gate, and ramp procedures Lift 50+ pounds consistently, with or without reasonable accommodation Required knowledge and understanding of SkyWest Airlines’ policies and procedures Familiar with partner dedicated computer systems Promote a safety culture in the station This position requires a flexible schedule, including split shifts that may occur during early mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays Part‑time and full‑time positions may be available $16 per hour, plus override Physical and Other Requirements This is not a Department of Transportation safety‑sensitive position #J-18808-Ljbffr SkyWest , Inc.
