We are seeking an autonomous candidate who is well versed in Colorado Rules of Civil Procedure and has experience in drafting pleadings, conducting depositions, preparing and responding to written discovery, motions practice, and jury trials. First chair civil jury trial experience is a requirement for this position. Responsibilities Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients in civil matters (construction, real estate, commercial, breach of contract, etc.) on a percentage fee compensation basis. Draft legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and legal briefs. Attend meetings and negotiations with clients and other legal professionals. Qualifications Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school. Admitted to practice law in Colorado. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities simultaneously. Experience First chair civil jury trial is required.
