Senior Global M&A & Strategic Investments Associate
EDPR
EDPR is seeking an International M&A Associate in Houston, Texas, focused on executing global strategic investments. The successful candidate will perform valuations, evaluate M&A opportunities, and coordinate due diligence efforts. A BA in Finance or related field, alongside 4-6 years of corporate finance experience and strong analytical skills, is required. The role includes travel up to 25%, and entails working with internal teams and external advisors to support investment decisions.
