Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a Senior FullStack Software Engineer to help modernize existing applications and build new, cloudnative applications using .NET and Angular, with an emphasis on embedding AI capabilities directly into the user experience.
In this role, you will design and deliver scalable, productionready applications that leverage modern application architecture, APIs, and AIpowered features such as inapp chat, Q&A, and intelligent workflows.
This position is ideal for an engineer who enjoys greenfield development, technical modernization, and applying AI thoughtfully to real business problems, rather than building proofs of concept that never reach production.
Key Responsibilities:
Application Development & Modernization
Design, develop, and maintain modern fullstack web applications using .NET (Core / 8+) and Angular (14+)
Lead or contribute to modernization efforts, including:
Refactoring or replacing legacy applications
Migrating monolithic systems to modern architectures
Improving application performance, scalability, and maintainability
Build new applications from the ground up, including:
API design and backend services
Frontend architecture and user experience
Authentication, authorization, and rolebased access
AI Feature Development & Integration
Embed AIpowered features directly into applications, such as:
Inapp chat and Q&A experiences
Naturallanguage interaction with application data
Contextaware responses using application or document data
Integrate applications with LLMs and AI services (e.g., Azure OpenAI or similar platforms)
Implement RAG (RetrievalAugmented Generation) or similar patterns to allow u to ask questions about structured or unstructured data
Collaborate on agentstyle workflows, where AI can assist with multistep tasks or decision support inside the application
Ensure AI features are:
Secure
Responsible
Costaware
Maintainable in production environments
Architecture, Quality & Delivery
Contribute to or lead application and system architecture decisions
Write clean, testable, welldocumented code
Design and consume RESTful APIs
Support CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices
Collaborate closely with product owners, designers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into working solutions
Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical decisionmaking

Compensation: $60/hr to $70/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience

6+ years of professional software development experience
Strong experience building fullstack applications with:
C# / .NET
Angular
Experience designing and consuming APIs
Experience working with cloud environments (Azure and/or AWS)
Solid understanding of modern application architecture and best practices
Experience integrating AI or machinelearning features into applications


Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Exposure to LLMs, prompt design, or AI orchestration
Experience modernizing legacy applications
Knowledge of containerization, microservices, or cloudnative patterns
Familiarity with vector databases or searchbased AI patterns
Experience building enterprisegrade, production systems
