**Required Skills/Certifications/Experience:**- Minimum of 2 years of experience- Traveler experience required; unit will accept 1st time travelers- Skills: IV Start, Triage, and Telemetry- Certifications: ACLS, BCLS, NIH, PALS, MOAB- Previous charge experience required- Charting system experience required, specifically Epic**Preferred Skills/Certifications/Experience:**- TNCC certification**Additional Skills:**- Acute psychosis, BiPAP/CPAP management, Blood Product Administration, Care of ventilated patient- Central line care/management, Chest tube insertion/management, Continuous IV sedation- CVA (Cerebrovascular Accident), Drug overdose, Emergency Medications- General Emergency Department-Combined Adult/Pedi, Interpretation of dysrhythmias- Intubation, Isolation Precautions/PPE, IV vasopressors- Management of dysrhythmias, Management of patient with multisystem organ dysfunction/failure- Managing violent behavior, Obtain 12 lead EKG/ECG, Phlebotomy- Procedural Sedation Administration/Monitoring, Psychiatric Hold- Starting and maintaining IVs, STEMI Certified Facility, Stroke Certified Facility- Suicidal patient, Triage**Other Information:**- Must pass EKG testing prior to start for this specialty- NC or Compact license pending OK for submittal- Must complete pre-start and annual modules depending on specialty
