Overview Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavioral Technician – Clinic-Based. Paid training provided. Responsibilities Provide 1:1, center-based ABA therapy to children (18 months‑10 years) Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision Collect and record behavioral data Support skill development, communication, and social interaction Participate in training, supervision, and team collaboration Maintain a safe, clean therapy environment Pay & Career Growth Entry Level: $15.00/hr RBT I‑V: $16.00–$20.00/hr Senior RBT: $21.00/hr Future BCBA Career Path: ABA Intern → Lead RBT → ABA Apprentice → BCBA → Clinical Leadership Qualifications Required High school diploma or GED Reliable transportation to the clinic Strong communication and organizational skills Willingness to obtain RBT certification within 60 days (if not certified) Preferred Active RBT certification Experience with children, autism, or developmental disabilities Backgrounds in childcare, education, behavioral health, or related fields Benefits Paid training & RBT certification support Medical, dental, vision & supplemental insurance 100% tuition reimbursement (path to BCBA) University partnerships & tuition discounts Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Supportive, mission-driven team environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Behavioral Innovations
