• Supervise department staff and daily activities.
• Managing, evaluating, and reporting on warehouse productivity.
• Ordering supplies and maintaining suitable inventory levels.
• Provide training for all permanent and temporary warehouse employees; communicate company policies, procedures and facility work instructions.
• Responsible for orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.
• Reporting relevant information and preparing any necessary documentation.
• Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Performing a daily inspection of the department.
• Communicate and coordinate with other departments.
• Perform all other duties assigned by Warehouse Manager or Branch Operations Manager. 

Must Haves:  

• Ability to operate and attain certification to safely operate powered equipment.
• Work safely at high levels.
• Ability to lift 50lbs or more and stand on your feet for a long duration.
• Must be able to operate a scale.
• Maintain a safe working environment.
• Must have basic computer knowledge.
• Prior warehouse experience.
• Prior warehouse lead or similar supervisory position experience.
• Regular reliable attendance
