Restaurant Marketing Director

MULTI-UNIT POSITION

This is a full-time, multi-unit position supporting Chick-fil-A Barton Creek Square Mall and Chick-fil-A Village at Westlake . This role will work with both restaurant locations and will require the ability to travel between and provide support to each location based on marketing initiatives, events, and business needs.

Marketing Responsibilities

Social Media

• Schedule weekly content for Social Media outlets (Facebook, Instagram) that will engage & promote interaction among guests and also promote our brand and product.

Spotlight Emails/App

• Send out promotional emails/offers through our Spotlight platform to our guests.

Monthly Newsletter

• Update our monthly newsletter to our team to let them know about events, birthdays, anniversaries, promotions, new products, etc.

Decorate Restaurant

• Develop and execute plans for displays (community board/windows & inside foyer)
• Quarterly Campaigns (POP) will be sent out by the corporate office. Our job is to update any promotional materials sent to the store and align our events or social media to the national campaign when appropriate.

Training Team

• Training team on suggestive selling, promoting new products, and running competitions.

In-Store Operations

• Most days you will be asked to provide assistance with in-store operations from 11am to 2pm during our peak lunch hours if you are not assisting with catering needs.

Planning events:

• Planning and helping to execute events for guests in our restaurant (these happen about twice a year).
• Planning team outings for our Chick-fil-A team members.
• Planning and helping execute Chick-fil-A activation at Eanes ISD events

Relationship Building:

• Being a presence in the restaurant and building relationships with both our team members and the guests that visit our restaurant.

This will be a full-time position, with 5 to 10 hours a week spent in restaurant helping with in-store operations and the remaining hours will be set aside for working on marketing related content. You will also be expected to work with the Catering Director to help grow the catering side of the business as well as learn different roles in the restaurant to assist the team. If hired, there will be a 3 month trial period with this position to make sure that you are a good fit with our team and the responsibilities given to you.
