What you’ll bring:
Valid School Psychologist certification (state requirements must be met)
Demonstrated experience working with children and adolescents in a school setting
Strong assessment, counseling, and intervention skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
Excellent communication, documentation, and organization abilities
Compassionate, student-centered approach to supporting diverse learning needs
Key responsibilities:
Conduct psychoeducational assessments and interpret results for eligibility and program planning
Provide direct counseling and intervention services to students individually and in groups
Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Consult with staff on behavioral strategies, learning interventions, and crisis response
Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings, offering insights on student strengths and needs
Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive school climate for all students
