About the Role

We’re looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Project & Logistics Coordinator / Delivery Driver .

This is a hands-on, dual-role position that combines inventory and warehouse coordination with client-facing delivery responsibilities . You’ll help keep daily logistics running smoothly—from receiving and organizing shipments to preparing orders and ensuring products are delivered to our clients safely, accurately, and on schedule.

The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, communicates professionally, stays organized, and can work independently while managing multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, inspect, and count daily shipments from UPS, FedEx, freight carriers, and other vendors
• Accurately log and track incoming and outgoing inventory
• Organize and maintain inventory, warehouse, and storage areas
• Prepare, load, and unload delivery vehicles safely and efficiently
• Deliver products to client locations on time and in a professional manner
• Communicate with clients during deliveries and provide a positive client experience
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and promptly report maintenance or safety concerns
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Assist with general warehouse duties, including cleaning and organization, as needed
• Support the team with other logistics and project-related tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Previous experience in delivery driving, warehouse operations, inventory coordination, logistics, or customer service preferred
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks as needed
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent time management and ability to stay on schedule
• Professional appearance, communication skills, and demeanor
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to providing quality service
• Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team member
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
