As an early career contributor, you'll collaborate with business leaders, finance professionals, and stakeholders across the organization while building a strong foundation in finance and business operations.Selected candidates may be placed in one of the following Koch Wichita Headquartered Companies:Flint Hills ResourcesInvistaKoch Ag & Energy SolutionsKoch Capabilities LLCKoch Engineered SolutionsResponsibilities include:Analyze financial and operational data to support business decision-makingAssist with forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning activitiesDevelop reports, dashboards, and financial models that provide meaningful business insightsIdentify trends, risks, and opportunities through financial analysisPartner with business leaders and stakeholders across the organization to improve performance and business processesUtilize AI-enabled tools and technology to analyze data, improve efficiency, and support informed business decisionsPresent findings and recommendations to finance and business teamsSupport projects that drive operational excellence and value creationQualifications include:Enrolled in a business degree program such as Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Accounting, Finance, Agribusiness, or a related fieldExpected graduation date of December 2026 or May 2027Ability to work onsite at our Wichita, KS headquarters full-time following graduationLegal authorization to work permanently in the United States without sponsorship now or in the futurePreferred qualifications include:Previous internship, co-op, leadership, or work experienceExperience with financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, or business strategy projectsExperience leveraging Excel or similar analytical tools to analyze data, solve business problems, and identify opportunities for continuous improvementExposure to financial modeling, data visualization, or business intelligence toolsDemonstrated leadership through student organizations, athletics, work experience, or community involvementCuriosity about emerging technologies, including AI, and how they can be applied to improve decision-making, increase efficiency, and create valueKoch Inc. creates and innovates a wide spectrum of products and services that make life better.
