Business Execution Consultant 3 – Data Stewardship & Redaction Analyst (Contingent)Client: Financial ServicesTeam: TBALocation: Charlotte, NC – (Hybrid: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote)Contract Length: 12moPay Rate: $53 - $57/hour (OT40)Top Requirements:4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, Strategic Planning, or related experience.Strong understanding of file types and document management (MS Access, Excel, Word, Visio, Adobe PDF, etc.).Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, data analysis, and data matching.Strong analytical skills with the ability to review, reconcile, and validate large volumes of information.Experience creating documentation and supporting data governance, stewardship, and risk-related processes.Day-to-Day Responsibilities:Review large volumes of files and documents to identify proprietary information requiring redaction.Perform document redaction activities across multiple file formats and repository types.Analyze and validate data to ensure accuracy and completeness throughout the remediation process.Create and maintain documentation supporting data stewardship, governance, and audit requirements.Use Microsoft Excel to perform data analysis, matching, reconciliation, and reporting activities.Research and resolve moderately complex data and documentation issues.Support pre- and post-TSA deliverables associated with large-scale data migration and separation activities.Partner with business, risk, compliance, and technology teams to ensure deliverables meet requirements.Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend efficiencies within established procedures.Ensure all work is completed accurately, securely, and in accordance with risk management standards.
