In this role, you'll focus on building meaningful relationships, supporting growth, and connecting clients with financial solutions that make a real difference. You'll be part of a collaborative, people‑first culture where your contributions are valued and celebrated. In this role you’ll Actively develop and manage relationships with high‑value business clients while promoting a broad range of banking products and services. Develop strong partnerships with commercial relationship managers, branch managers, and other internal teams to support seamless client experiences. Drive sales performance by meeting goals related to volume, profitability, sales activities, and calling efforts. Build new referral channels through centers of influence, community engagement, bank events, and participation in professional and small business seminars. Understand the full suite of company products and refer clients to partners across the organization as appropriate. Coordinate meetings between prospective clients and key partners including Commercial Relationship Managers, Treasury Management, Mortgage, Investments, and others. Ensure full compliance with policies, procedures, security requirements, and applicable federal and state regulations. What we’re looking for You have a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Law, Computer Science, or a related field (Required). You have 4 or more years of experience in business banking (Required). An equivalent combination of education and experience can be considered in lieu of a degree. You communicate with confidence and present and negotiate effectively. You understand cash management products and services and how they support clients. You are knowledgeable about federal and state regulations related to commercial lending.
