Employment Type: Full-Time | Contract FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Schedule: Monday - Friday | Standard Business Hours About the Role Eastridge Workforce Solutions is partnering with a global industry leader to hire a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for a contract opportunity. This role supports recruiters, hiring managers, HR teams, and candidates throughout the hiring process by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and ensuring a seamless recruiting experience from start to finish. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule virtual and onsite interviews between candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and business partners Manage candidate travel arrangements and expense reimbursements as needed Support pre-employment activities including background checks, drug screenings, and onboarding coordination Maintain accurate candidate and recruiting data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Communicate scheduling updates and recruiting information to candidates and internal stakeholders Ensure a positive, professional, and responsive candidate experience throughout the hiring process Handle confidential candidate and employee information with discretion Support recruiting compliance requirements and maintain accurate documentation Assist with recruiting projects, reporting, and administrative tasks as assigned Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred Minimum 1 year of experience supporting recruiting, human resources, talent acquisition, or staffing functions Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Customer-service mindset with a passion for creating positive candidate experiences Preferred Experience with Workday Recruiting or Workday ATS Experience supporting high-volume recruiting teams Previous coordination of candidate travel and interview logistics Experience supporting recruiting compliance and onboarding processes Ideal Candidate Highly organized and detail-oriented Professional, responsive, and collaborative Comfortable managing multiple schedules and competing priorities Able to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders Thrives in a deadline-driven, team-oriented environment Disclaimer: The compensation and benefits information in this posting represent a good faith and reasonable estimate of what it might pay for this position.
