Talent Acquisition Specialist

This role is heavily focused on recruiting across a mix of manufacturing and professional positions. You’ll partner closely with hiring leaders, shape hiring strategy, and directly impact how we attract and secure top talent. If you enjoy building relationships, thinking creatively about sourcing, and driving hiring outcomes—not just activity—this is the kind of role where you can make a visible impact Job Duties Own full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer and onboarding Partner with hiring managers to understand needs, define profiles, and guide hiring decisions Develop and execute sourcing strategies for both active and passive candidates Screen candidates and manage interview coordination Draft and refine job descriptions to attract the right talent Manage candidate experience and ensure timely communication throughout the process Prepare and extend offers, and support pre-employment steps (background checks, references, etc.) Lead onboarding activities and support new hire integration Maintain accurate candidate data within the ATS/HRIS Track recruiting metrics and identify opportunities to improve process efficiency Support recruiting initiatives such as job fairs, networking events, and new sourcing channels Partner with external agencies when needed Contribute to broader HR initiatives as part of the team Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field 2–5+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience Experience supporting hiring in a manufacturing or operational environment Strong sourcing skills and ability to engage passive talent Ability to build relationships with hiring managers and influence decisions Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities Strong communication, organization, and follow-through Data-driven mindset with the ability to track and improve recruiting performance High level of discretion and professionalism Why This Role High visibility with hiring leaders across the business Opportunity to influence recruiting strategy—not just execute it Variety of roles (technical, manufacturing, professional) Team-oriented environment with strong collaboration Room to grow within HR and talent acquisition Benefits include health, dental, vision, retirement plan, paid time off, holiday pay, and more #J-18808-Ljbffr Connect Search, LLC
