IT Help Desk Specialist II (Windows + Mac)

The University of Southern California seeks a Computer Services Consultant II in Los Angeles to join the Dornsife Technology Services team. You will provide technical support to faculty, staff, and students via phone, email and in person, addressing incidents and service requests promptly and professionally.
