Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current OT licensure in the state or eligibility to obtain
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is highly valued
• Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation
• Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services across multiple campuses within the district as assigned
• Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and track student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate records in compliance with district and federal guidelines
• Consult with teachers, parents, and staff to integrate therapy goals into daily activities
• Provide direct, group, and consultative services as appropriate
• Adjust interventions based on evolving student needs and feedback from stakeholders
