Job Type: Contract

Contract: 13 weeks with strong possibility of extension

Schedule: Day Shift | Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Guaranteed hours per week: 37.50

Pay: $35.hr on W2

Job Summary

Pride Health is seeking an experienced Talent Sourcer for a contract opportunity in New York, NY. This role will support recruitment operations by sourcing, screening, and building pipelines for hard-to-fill and high-volume healthcare and finance-related positions within a hospital setting. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with talent sourcing strategies, applicant tracking systems, and social media recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates for assigned openings and hard-to-fill roles

• Utilize LinkedIn, Boolean searches, job boards, social media platforms, and networking strategies to build candidate pipelines

• Conduct preliminary candidate screenings to evaluate qualifications, experience, and interest

• Maintain and update candidate records within ATS systems such as Taleo

• Build and maintain talent pools for future hiring needs

• Support recruiters and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process

• Attend job fairs, networking events, and recruitment open houses as needed

• Assist with onboarding support and additional recruitment-related tasks

• Ensure timely communication and follow-up with candidates and internal stakeholders

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred

• Minimum 2 years of talent sourcing experience within a hospital or healthcare setting required

• Experience recruiting for finance-related positions required

• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques including Boolean searches and LinkedIn recruiting

• Experience using ATS platforms such as Taleo

• Strong organizational, networking, and time management skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting healthcare recruitment teams

• Knowledge of HR processes and staffing operations

• Experience building talent pipelines for high-volume recruitment
