The Field Service Manager will oversee daily service operations, support technicians in the field, ensure exceptional customer satisfaction, and drive team performance. Why join us? $85,000 - $100,000 per year depending on Experience Performance-based bonus opportunities Company vehicle and fuel card Company-provided tools, equipment, and technology Comprehensive 638 Union Benefits Package Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) and retirement benefits Paid vacation, sick time, and company holidays Long-term career growth and advancement opportunities Job Details Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and develop a team of HVAC Service Technicians and apprentices Provide technical support and guidance on complex service calls and troubleshooting Oversee daily service operations, scheduling, and technician performance Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards Support technicians with diagnosing and repairing commercial HVAC systems, including VRF systems, hydronic systems, water-cooled equipment, boilers, rooftop units, split systems, and controls Conduct ride-alongs, training sessions, and performance coaching to improve team effectiveness Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated customer concerns and service issues Review repair recommendations and replacement opportunities with customers Monitor labor utilization, service profitability, and overall department performance Maintain oversight of truck inventory, tools, equipment, and fleet management Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and local building codes Assist with hiring, onboarding, and retaining top service talent Promote a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement Qualifications EPA Universal Certification required State HVAC License required Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, refrigeration, electrical troubleshooting, gas systems, and controls Experience leading technicians and managing field operations Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Interested in hearing more?
