Client facing pay upon PCA certification wages are $12 - $15 per hour. Opportunities to promote within available to employees that show punctuality and good work ethics.Job ResponsibilitiesTrain as a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) and as a Companion CaregiverAttend in person training sessions and shadow shifts (up to 30 hrs)Complete online training (20+ hours)Pass the written companion care testPass the personal care assistant written testPass the personal care assistant hands-on skills assessmentShadow shifts will be observed and evaluated by supervisor and experienced caregiver. Trainee will be signed off and approved to work solo shifts directly with client upon proven ability.
