Requirements Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the maintenance or service industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and staff. Proficiency in operational management software and MS Office Suite. Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
