Chief of Staff, R&D

To support the R&D leadership team, the full-time salaried Chief of Staff, R&D will manage operational cadence, serve as a trusted advisor to the CPO and CTO, and drive alignment of R&D objectives with company strategy in a remote capacity. Key responsibilities Lead the operational teams managing R&D meetings, reviews, and quarterly planning while tracking and reporting on R&D OKRs Act as the first line of judgment on escalations, prioritizing leadership attention and managing meeting requests effectively Build and maintain the R&D operational dashboard to translate data into narratives that support decision-making Required qualifications 12+ years of experience in strategy, operations, management consulting, product management, or a Chief of Staff role within a high-growth B2B SaaS company 5+ years of direct people management experience Deep understanding of R&D organizations and the product development lifecycle Proven track record of influencing senior leaders without formal authority Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for drafting board materials and presenting complex topics
