Responsibilities
- Saturday cashier duties
- Posting accounts payable/receivable
- Dealership title clerk duties
- Work cooperatively with all dealership employees
- Communicate with other departments, vendors and member of the community in a professional, friendly and efficient manner
- Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Backup to office manager
Requirements
- Previous experience with CDK or ADP
- Previous dealership experience
- Experienced with Microsoft Office (outlook, word, excel)
- Excellent communication skills
- Outgoing and positive demeanor
- Professional presentation
- Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility
- A clean driving record & valid driver's license
- A professional appearance
