This day shift role operates on a 36‑hour weekly schedule, within a 24/7/365 department that emphasizes safety, quality and teamwork. The RN is responsible for assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care, and delegates tasks to LPNs and UAPs as per Ohio Nurse Practice Act.
