CarpenterWe are looking for both trim carpenters and framers.Essential functions of the position:Prepares reconstruction plans by following company procedures for returning a structure back to its original state before the damage occurredProduces quality repairs by following company standards and procedures; measuring results against standards; making necessary adjustmentsDetermines material requirements and dimensions of structure by studying blueprints, sketches, building plans, estimates and/or work ordersConstructs and/or repairs by marking, cutting and assembly of materials; shaping materials to measurements; assembling and fastening; using carpenter's hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machineryConstructs, repairs, restores and installs structures such as floors, doors, walls, windows, stairways, furniture, cabinets, shelves and roofs. Carpentry workProjects and works with structural framing of building in both wood and metal, repairs and maintenance, demolition of horizontal and vertical structuresDemonstrates a positive image of the Company to staff and clients; this shall include oral and written communication and visual presentation.
