- # FCS Global Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) Manager (f/m/d)Applylocations: Münchentime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: R\_00102792**Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!**# Responsibilities:* Framework Development: Enhance and further develop a group-wide Compliance Management System (CMS) that sets minimum standards for all units and develop mandatory policies aligned with Freudenberg Corporate guidelines while allowing flexibility for local adaptations* Decentralized Governance: Enhance the Compliance Committee function across business units and establish an effective compliance reporting system. Implement a matrix reporting structure to ensure transparency and accountability* Investigations: Support and lead compliance investigations in alignment with the Head of Compliance and Freudenberg Head of Corporate Audit* Risk Assessment: Conduct annual compliance risk assessments for each unit based on local regulations and business activities. Develop risk heat maps to identify high-risk areas and prioritize resources effectively* Training & Awareness: Roll out group-wide compliance training programs with localized content for regional regulations. Utilize e-learning platforms for consistency and tracking* Monitoring & Auditing: Implement centralized monitoring tools for policy adherence. Schedule periodic assurance audits for decentralized units, focusing on high-risk processes* Reporting & Escalation: Define standardized reporting templates for all units to ensure consistent and transparent communication* Technology Enablement: Drive the long-term development and deployment of a compliance management system accessible to all units for policy updates, reporting, and tracking* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders (e.g. Freudenberg Corporate Functions)* Support other compliance projects and M&A post-merger integration activities* Framework Development: Enhance and further develop a group-wide Compliance Management System (CMS) that sets minimum standards for all units and develop mandatory policies aligned with Freudenberg Corporate guidelines while allowing flexibility for local adaptations.* Decentralized Governance: Enhance the Compliance Committee function across business units and establish an effective compliance reporting system.
