Workforce Capability Lead

As a Workforce Capability Lead, this full-time remote position will manage complex, cross-functional programs aimed at enhancing the performance and readiness of frontline employees and leaders by translating performance needs into effective learning solutions and measurable outcomes. Key responsibilities Design and facilitate high-priority learning experiences using e-learning authoring platforms and AI tools Manage a broad program portfolio that includes learning, practice, performance support, and measurement Align with various partners to communicate progress, risks, and results while supporting the design of system-level Enablement architecture Required qualifications 5+ years of relevant experience in Enablement, Learning & Development, or program management Demonstrated experience in building system-level Enablement programming from discovery to measurement Experience using quantitative and qualitative evidence to diagnose performance needs Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with executives Operational knowledge of adult learning principles and experience with AI-enabled tools for designing scalable solutions
