Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments, utilizing structured interviews and standardized tools to gather critical information about clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop, monitor, and revise individualized treatment plans that focus on measurable goals and personalized interventions to address clients’ unique circumstances.

• Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure the integration of services and seamless coordination of care, actively participating in interdisciplinary meetings and case discussions.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies, perform risk assessments, and develop safety plans as necessary to safeguard the well-being of clients.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes, fostering an environment of support and sharing among clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, utilizing relevant electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Current, active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
