Summary
JOB SUMMARY:- Provides day-to-day oversight of call center operations and assures the scheduling team performs to expected targets
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Formal working knowledge; equivalent to an Associate's degree (2 years college); requires knowledge of a specialized field
- 1-3 years of experience
- Position is subject to very specific professional standards of behavior and performance.
- Applicants should have demonstrated customer service skills in a clinical or call center environment
