This position requires someone who can adapt quickly, handle changing priorities, and stay steady in fast‑moving situations. Each day can bring something different—customer service, patrols, surveillance, or overseeing officers—so flexibility is key. What We Offer Schedule: Wednesday–Friday: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM Saturday & Sunday: 12:00 PM – 12:00 AM Pay: $17 per hour DailyPay available for all employees Full benefits package: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, PTO, paid holidays, disability, and life insurance Career growth opportunities within GardaWorld Uniforms provided at no cost Responsibilities Monitor and secure the premises Conduct patrols and identify suspicious activity Control access points and verify identification Respond quickly to incidents or threats Provide strong customer service while maintaining safety Complete detailed incident and activity reports Work with authorities when needed Ensure the safety of people and property Supervise and support officers during assigned shifts Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards Qualifications Authorized to work in the U.S. Valid driver’s license At least 21 years old Able to pass all screening requirements Strong decision‑making and problem‑solving skills Prior Shift Supervisor or Lead experience required Minimum 2 years of security experience (military or law enforcement highly valued) CLEET license or ability to obtain one In the United States, GardaWorld Security remains the only guarding security company to be Certified by Great Place to Work .
