Travel (101 miles+), Radius (51-100 miles), Local (50 miles or less)8 hour eve rotating shift times. May work part or all of EVERY weekend. Must be flexible with shift hours. LNA needed for McClure Miller Respite House, 40H per week holiday RTO cannot be guaranteed. 2 years experience, travel preferred but not required, more acute care experience, some long term residence but average length is 6-10days, end of life care is a priority. EMR is interactive scheduler, netsmart. EXP in hospice setting (end of life care) . BLS req Must have VT license for offer. No work hx with gaps over 90 days w/o explanation can be submitted Must have Facility Type, EMR, and Bed Count filled out to submit, otherwise file will be rejected!! IVS to Interview/OFFER please have these in the submission packet.
