Coach team members to ensure tasks are performed effectively. Key in creating legendary experiences for guests. Qualifications Preferably, you have 2 years of restaurant or bar management experience. You have knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems, and computer operations. You have passion for training and developing your team. The base hourly pay range above represents the low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual placement within this range will vary based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, and location. Hourly rates may vary based on state/local minimum wage requirements. Hourly team members will be eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable law and Inspire Brands policy.
