Location and Work Schedule 2000 Newark Granville Rd, Granville, Ohio, 43023 Monday‑Wednesday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Friday 8:00 am‑2:30 pm with rotating Saturdays 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. Job Responsibilities Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups. Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc. Perform data entry of patient information accurately and in a timely manner. Process billing information and collect payments as necessary. Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis. Maintain patient and specimen information logs. Provide superior customer service to all patients. Handle administrative and clerical duties as necessary. Travel to additional sites when needed. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Phlebotomy certification or completed training program, or 3 months or more experience as a phlebotomist. Preferred Qualifications 6 months or more of phlebotomy experience. Additional Job Standards Phlebotomy certification or training program must be from an accredited agency if work experience is lacking. Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently or in a team environment. Comfortable working under minimal supervision. Reliable transportation. Flexibility to work overtime as needed. Ability to pass a standardized color‑blindness test. Compensation and Benefits Pay range: $17.75 – $25.92 per hour. All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills, prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, and internal equity. Phlebotomists may be eligible for participation in the PST Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics. Benefits: Employees scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement, and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Employees scheduled to work fewer than 20 hours, casual, intern, and temporary employees are only eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan.
