NY Events is a direct marketing and sales company and a Spectrum Retail Partner. We represent Fortune 100 clients through in-store retail programs and face-to-face events across New York City. We're growing and looking for people who want to build a career in sales, marketing, and customer experience.
The Role
As a Customer Service & Sales Associate, you'll be the face of our client programs in retail stores and at pop-up events. This is an entry-level role with full training, a good fit for recent graduates, people coming from retail or hospitality, or anyone ready to start a career in sales.
Responsibilities
- Represent a Spectrum Retail Partner in retail locations and at events throughout NYC
- Engage customers, understand their needs, and recommend the right services
- Guide customers through the enrollment process with a focus on a great experience
- Meet individual and team goals while learning from experienced leaders
Qualifications
- 0–2 years of experience xhyhwjd in customer service, retail, sales, or hospitality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, professional, and coachable
- Comfortable engaging with new people throughout the day
- Must be 18 or older
