Taleo Functional Analyst
Location :Seattle, WA
Summary: Lead functional design, configuration and testing of Oracle Taleo Recruiting and its integration with PeopleSoft.
Responsibilities
- Lead fit/gap analysis sessions with business subject matter experts
- Prepare configuration documents, functional design documents, functional test scripts and training materials
- Design, configure and test Taleo and related PeopleSoft modules or integrated products
- Support integration between Taleo and PeopleSoft HCM
Required skills
- Strong hands-on experience as an Oracle Taleo functional consultant (Recruiting)
- Experience with fit/gap analysis, configuration and test execution xhyhwjd
- Ability to produce clear functional documentation and training materials
- Strong communication skills with HR stakeholders
Preferred: 5+ years of Taleo functional experience; experience with Taleo to PeopleSoft HCM integrations
