Bilingual Customer Service Rep for Federal Housing Support

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services)

A Federal contact services company based in Indianapolis is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative. In this entry-level role, you will support a large Federal agency by handling calls and emails related to housing and FHA mortgages, following procedures to answer inquiries, and documenting communications. Candidates must be fully fluent in English and Spanish and possess at least a high school diploma or GED, along with a minimum of two years in customer service, call center, or similar experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
