Cnc Machinist Qualifications: Step Up to the Machine High school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and ability to pass a pre-employment technical assessment. 1+ year of Cnc machining experience, including using blueprints and manufacturing instructions to produce parts. Must meet physical requirements such as lifting 40 pounds and using tools and equipment safely and effectively. Adherence to safety standards, quality inspection responsibilities, and compliance with personal protective equipment requirements are mandatory. Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime, in a tobacco-free environment.
